The U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science & Transportation, chaired by Senator John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.), held a hearing on Oct. 28 on “Combating Distracted Driving: Managing Behavioral and Technological Risks.”
The Chairman called U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski as witnesses.
